If the T.C. is irrecoverably lost or damaged duplicate T.C. shall be issued on application accompanied by a chalan for Rs.5/- and the certificate from a Gazatted Officer or the President of Local boy or MLA or MP to the effect that the original is irrecoverably lost or damaged. Duplicate T.C. issued should be clearly marked Duplicate.
